Penis enlargement surgery question?
I just received my hefty settlement check from my court case against a major cigarette company. I plan on spending the money on getting a giant penis (I’m hoping when I’m flaccid it will be long enough that it will peek out of the leg holes when wearing a pair of standard boxer shorts and when I’m erect it will thick enough that I won’t be able to insert through a toilet paper roll).
Mine currently is 4 inches flaccid, 6 inches erect, and 3 inches in girth.
What kind of realistic gain can I expect?
What are some of the things to look for when I review penis enlargement surgeons’ credentials?
Penis enlargement surgery is very expensive, and the results are not very mixed. And as with all surgery, there are real risks – with penis enlargement surgery there are particular risks of bleeding, infection, and deformity. This can cause impotence, and in extreme cases infection can lead to gangrene, and ultimately amputation. Even if everything does go right, success is not guaranteed, and you could end up a lot poorer, but no bigger.
The most effective and safest way to get a bigger penis is with Penis Enlargement Exercises. The idea is to gradually increase the capacity of the chambers in the penis to hold blood. The bigger the chambers are, the more blood they hold when you get an erection, and so the bigger your erect penis is.
If you want to try anything, try this.
